Our Herb Infused Honey is made with locally sourced herbs, carefully selected and dried before being added to large honey jars. These jars are then warmed in the oven for 30 days and mixed regularly to ensure a perfect infusion. When the honey is bottled, we add extra pieces of herb to enhance the flavor over time. Our Muth style honey jars are made of 8 oz. glass, with a weight and honey skep imprint on each one. To ensure freshness, each jar is secure a cork lid and sealed with beeswax.
